Delivered bubble tea usually disappoints for one of two reasons: it went warm, or the ice watered it down. We deal with both.
Insulated bags
Orders go out in insulated bags rather than paper ones, so a long ride does not turn a cold drink into a lukewarm one.
Ice that melts clean
We freeze our own ice from distilled water every day. It melts without taste, so the bottom of the cup is not weaker than the top.
Made when you order
Nothing is poured in advance. The tea shot is pulled and the drink built after your order comes in, not before.

Delivery questions
How long does it take?
GoFood and GrabFood give you a live estimate when you place the order — it depends on where you are and how the traffic is running.
Is it the same menu as in the cafe?
Yes. Both apps carry the full menu, and the drinks are made exactly the same way.
Will it still be cold when it arrives?
That is what the insulated bags and our own ice are for. Cold drinks are sealed and packed to hold their temperature for the ride.
Can I order something that is not in the app?
Message us on WhatsApp — large orders and custom requests are easier to sort out directly, and we answer questions there too. The delivery itself still goes through GoFood or GrabFood.
